  • 6 bananas, peeled
  • 25g rum
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 300g double cream
  • Juice of 4 limes
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced into quarters lengthways and roughly chopped
  • Finely grated zest of 2 limes
  • Approximately 20g of the hazelnut brittle pieces
