A drink to honour a fictional hero. We named it after the leading character in the one-off immersive theatre production that we created in Dishoom Kensington. Cyrus Irani is the charismatic but wayward Irani café-owner who sought and found redemption. The turmeric syrup used in the cocktail is a play on the medicinal turmeric milk that many Indians turn to when they’re feeling below par.
