- 1 tsp chopped thyme leaves
- 45g french’s mustard
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt and black pepper
- Plain flour
- 50g whole milk
- Groundnut oil, for deep-frying
- 2 tablespoons of cold tap water
