- Snuf zout

- 3 eetl. rodewijnazijn
- 3 eetl. javaanse suiker
- 300 g medium tahu (1 blok, die van unicurd is lekker smeuïg), in blokjes
- 1 niet te grote spitskool
- 1 granny smith, in luciferdunne reepjes
- Sap van ½ citroen
- ½ bosje radijsjes, in plakjes
