Ingredients
- Bumbu
- 1 eetl. korianderzaad

- 4 cm gember, geschild en in plakjes

- 1 serehstengel (het witte gedeelte, de harde kern verwijderd en fijngesneden)

- 2 rode lombokpepers, grof gehakt
- 1 flinke sjalot, in dunne halve ringen
- 4 knoflooktenen, gepeld
- 3 eetl. javaanse suiker
- 1 theel. zout
- 1 eetl. tamarindewater (zie pag. 29)
- 2 eetl. kecap manis + wat extra
- Zoetzuur van sjalot
- 8 aziatische sjalotjes, in dunne plakjes
- ½ theel. zout
- 3 eetl. rodewijnazijn
- Abon laos
