- 100 gram (snelkook)polenta
- 70 gram amandelmeel
- 500 ml halfvolle melk (plantaardige melk kan ook)
- 200-300 ml water
- Snuf zout
- 1-2 eetl. vanillearoma *
- 3 eetl. zonnebloempitten (of amandelschaafsel of pistachenoten, etc.)
- Restje rabarbercompote (zie pag. 59)
- 1 eetl. honing van de bio-winkel
