- Voor de gekaramelliseerde knolselderij
- 1 knolselderij van maximaal 1 kilo
- Olijfolie
- Fijn zeezout en versgemalen zwarte peper
- En verder
- 30 gram fijn zeezout
- 20 ml natuurazijn
- 8 eieren
- 3 bosuien, alleen het groen
