- ½ citroen
- Zeezoutvlokken
- 1 limoen, voor erbij
- Garnalenolie
- 300 g ongepelde garnalen
- 180 g olijfolie
- 50 g tomatenpuree
- 30 g rode palmolie (of gebruik extra olijfolie)
- 1 scotch bonnet-chilipeper
- 3 tenen knoflook, gekneusd met de zijkant van een mes
- 2 theel. aleppo-chilivlokken/pul biber
- ½ theel. fijn zeezout
- ¼ zoet paprikapoeder
- Vulling
- 300 g kabeljauwfilet, zonder huid
- 10 g bieslook, grofgesneden
- 5 g koriander, grofgesneden
- 2 tenen knoflook, gepeld, grofgesneden
- 1 groot ei
- Geraspte schil van 1 biologische citroen
- 1 rode chilipeper, fijngesneden
- Ca. 40 draaien uit de pepermolen
- ¾ theel. fijn zeezout
