Fishcakes have always been one of Raffy’s favourites and I’ve created multiple fishcake recipes over time. This one is brand new and I love the combination of sweet potato and ginger – they go so well together. Don’t be afraid to add a little more ginger or lime if you like and make sure not to add any liquid from the fish to the mash.
